Refund and Returns Policy - Tamasha Couture

At Tamasha Couture, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward Refund and Returns Policy outlined below.

Returns:
- We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at tamasha.couture@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item(s).
- If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Final Sale Items:
- Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Please check the product description carefully before making your purchase.
